Dan Kuster
President, Marvelous Renovations
Dan, a native of Louisville, took the helm of Marvelous Renovations after 20 years of service as Battalion Chief for the Louisville Fire Department. Dan also brings decades of experience in home renovation and commercial lawncare services, building his own successful business serving large clients such as LG&E Energy and Louisville Water Company.
Don Johnston
Production Manager, Marvelous Renovations
Don brings to Marvelous Renovations an impressive and varied resume. Along with 20 years of home remodeling experience, Don as has 18 years of experience in education as well as 3 years in the competitive aerospace industry.
Don has participated in local Repair Affair and Habitat for Humanity projects and has led work teams to repair and rebuild homes for the impoverished and elderly of Appalachia and to support victims of hurricane ravaged communities.
Don is a native Western New Yorker and brings with him a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master Arts degree.
Ron Kuster
President, Pivotal Property Services
Ron, a native of Louisville, has decades of experience in the fields of property management, maintenance, and accounting. As a former firefighter, police officer, and Chief Financial Officer for a larger construction management company, Ron has the perfect combination of skills and experience needed to successfully run Pivotal Property Services, the parent company of Marvelous Renovations.
